RAP Artwork Expressions of Interest

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from First Nations artists to partner with us in creating a commissioned artwork. 

We are inviting both established and emerging artists to express their interest by responding to a short brief. Responses will be reviewed by a panel and the selected artist will be commissioned $10,000 to partner with us in creating an artwork.

Our work is focused across seven Local Government Areas including Boroondara, Manningham, Whitehorse, Monash, Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges. Some of our training, education and primary prevention programs are national.

CASE SUPPORT WORKER – ASSESSMENT & RESPONSE

  • Work in Intake and Assessment as part of our Access and Response team within The Orange Door
  • Work effectively within an integrated team made up of a number of professional disciplines
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Six Month Parental Leave Backfill
  • Full time (38 hours per week)
  • Croydon location

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The primary role of a Case Support Worker is to undertake a range of administrative tasks and organise daily priorities which directly support the case management team to provide support to adults and their children who are responding to family violence.

YOU WILL HAVE:

  • A minimum Certificate IV in Community Services or working towards tertiary qualification in a related discipline
  • A basic understanding of family violence, including knowledge of Trauma Informed Practice and Case Management
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite of programs
    Excellent organisational, administration and time-management skills
  • Well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to foster positive working relationships and capacity to work as a member of a team
  • Demonstrated understanding and respect of the Child Safe Standards and child safety principles including the safety of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children, children from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds as well as children who identify as LGBTI as well as children with a disability
